Manchester United are set to embark on a mass overhaul of their squad when the transfer window reopens this summer.

Mourinho is determined to bolster his ranks after a season that has seen the Red Devils again fail to mount a title challenge.

Express Sport understands Atletico Madrid hit man Antoine Griezmann is the player he wants to land the most.

However, the Daily Mail say Mourinho is also considering a move for a top left-winger.

Martial excelled in that position under Louis van Gaal last term, scoring 17 goals after a £36million move from Monaco.

But the France international has struggled under Mourinho, managing to find the net just eight times.

As a result, Mourinho is supposedly weighing up a swoop for Porto's Brahimi.

The United manager is watching the Algeria international and could opt to meet his £51m buyout clause at the end of the season.

And that would shroud Martial's future into further doubt.

Mourinho has publicly criticised the former Monaco star and, despite the backing of the United supporters, the winger has not improved his performances.

He is unlikely to tolerate poor displays next term and could opt for Brahimi as Martial's replacement.
