Manchester United have agreed to sell winger Memphis Depay to Lyon
The Dutch ace is free to leave Old Trafford this month.
He's not played for Man United since November - and Jose Mourinho is ready to cut his losses on the player.
Louis van Gaal splashed out £25m on the winger when signing him from PSV Eindhoven 18 months ago.

But he's proved to be a major flop in Manchester.
United have been looking for a buyer - and French side Lyon have been keen.
And a fee has now been agreed between the two clubs.
Memphis Depay hasn't impressed at Manchester United
He'll move to France on a deal which could rise to £22m if certain clauses are met.
They add Man United have rejected two previous bids.
But the French club now look to have got their man.
