Stephane Montpellier 0 - 0 Nancy: Sessegnon sent off as Monpellier play out goalless draw with Nancy

Former Sunderland and West Brom midfielder Stephane Sessegnon was dismissed as Montpellier were held to a goalless draw at home to Nancy in Ligue 1.
It was just the second time this season the hosts had failed to score, having netted 16 times in their previous seven fixtures, and losing Sessegnon to an 83rd-minute red card did not help their cause.
Sessegnon was dismissed for a challenge on Guy N'Dy Assembe late on, having originally been booked for the incident, which was severe enough to ensure the goalkeeper was unable to continue in a dull contest where the two teams could only muster a combined six efforts on target.
