Pochettino: No focus on Payet

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino is adamant he will not set his team up specifically to counter West Ham United's Dimitri Payet in their Premier League clash on Saturday.
Pochettino insists he has never worried about the individual threat of certain players and prefers to look at the match as a whole when preparing his side.
He used his time at Espanyol as an example, where he did not employ man-marking tactics even when they were up against Barcelona and Lionel Messi.
"It has never been my intention when I started as a manager, facing Messi, to try to do something special or be focused on trying to stop this type of player like Payet," the Argentine said before the game.
"We have played against several top players during the last two and a half years at Tottenham and you can see we never focus on that type of player, like Eden Hazard or David Silva, who can change a game.
"We need to be aware of Payet and focused when we play this type of player but it is not special mark."
