If Hector Bellerin wants to move to Manchester City he will have to demand a transfer from Arsenal, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The Spanish full-back has been linked with both Pep Guardiola's side and Barcelona in recent months, as he has carved out a regular place in the Gunners team.
Arsenal, however, are reluctant to see Bellerin become the latest star to flee north London for the Etihad Stadium, and the defender will have to request a move in order to leave his current club.
