Blues star soaks up sunshine with partner Daniella Semaan days after revealing stars had undergone 16 days of training

CHELSEA kick-off their Premier League season against West Ham next Monday – but Cesc Fabregas is still on holiday.
The Spaniard, 29, was spotted sunning himself in Spain just seven days before the big kick-off and looks to be completely over his Euro 2016 heartache.

The pair cooled off in the Med water off the island of Formentera
It may raise some eyebrows that Chelsea’s players have been allowed time off between their final pre-season game – a 4-2 win over Werder Bremen – and the start of the season.
But Fabregas revealed last on his Snapchat how the players had been subjected to SIXTEEN straight days of training as Antonio Conte makes his mark at Stamford Bridge.

Last week the Chelsea team posed in Beverly Hills, California, warming down in the pool after a training session – and they certainly looked in good shape to hit back after a disappointing defence of their title last term.
In Spain, Fabregas and his partner Daniella Semaan sunned themselves on the beach and cooled down from the scorching temperatures with a dip in the sea.
The Spaniard was similarly red-faced after the Euro debacle, where Vicente Del Bosque's side crashed out in the quarter-finals with defeat to Italy.
His summer has been packed with jaunts to exotic places, with the pair snapped in July enjoying a yacht cruise in Ibiza.
Fabregas will be hoping to start Chelsea's opener against West Ham next week
New boss Conte takes charge of his first game as boss when the Hammers come to the Bridge next Monday under the lights.
