Out-of-form Cheltenham will be without Raffaele De Vita when they host Newport on Sunday.
The Italian midfielder departed Whaddon Road after the expiry of his contract, despite making 13 appearances for the club this term. Matt Taylor will be assessed before the clash after he limped off in the 32nd minute of the loss at Exeter.
Teenager Zack Kotwica also added to Paul Buckle's injury woes when he was replaced inside eight minutes. Cheltenham have not won in their last eight league matches.Top scorer Aaron O'Connor is a certain absentee when Newport travel to Gloucestershire. The 31-year-old, who has eight goals this term, is serving the last of his three-match ban following a straight red card against Stevenage on December 13. Edinburgh could rotate his line-up to accommodate their second match in 48 hours.
Defender Darcy Blake is currently training with the club and Exiles boss Justin Edinburgh wants to see him play for the Development Squad before offering the former Wales international a deal, so he will not be involved.
