Southend United vs Oxford United preview - Double doubt for Shrimpers

Southend pair Gary Deegan and Dave Worrall are injury doubts for the home clash with Oxford.
Both players sustained slight knocks in Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy penalty shoot-out defeat at AFC Wimbledon and will be assessed.
Adam Thompson could feature after returning to training on Thursday following a shin injury, while Cian Bolger has served his one-game suspension and is available to Blues boss Phil Brown.
Southend have picked up just one point from their last three league games having started their season with back-to-back wins.
Oxford will be without Jon Meades as they look for their first Sky Bet League Two victory of the season.
A 2-0 defeat to Cheltenham on Tuesday means boss Michael Appleton has won just one of his eight games in charge and he will be without the Welshmen as they bid to arrest that slump after he picked up a straight red in the midweek tie.
And Appleton could also be without Danny Rose who limped off on Tuesday night with a hamstring injury and will be assessed in the build-up to kick-off.
Striker Alex Jakubiak should be available again having been on international duty with Scotland's Under-19s this week.
