New York City was in safe hands last night as DAVID BECKHAM channelled the spirit of CLARK KENT for a night on the town with wife VICTORIA
He looked like a dead ringer for Superman's alter ego as he stepped onto the mean streets of the Big Apple through the revolving doors of his hotel.
Posh clearly didn't get the memo though.
She looked more LINDSAY LOHAN than LOIS LANE.
Quite how she made such a fashion faux pas is anyone's guess.
She headed out in a pair of tight leggings and a green biker jacket with aviator shades and a black wooly hat.
It's the kind of look I've seen hell-raiser Linds sport on several occasions.
I imagine Vic will be mortified when she realises what she's done.
Not to worry though, her hubby is here to save the day...
