Dundee manager Barry Smith reckons that no motivational talk will be required when Partick Thistle come calling as the Dark Blues take the field for the first time since a 25-point penalty was imposed on the Dens Park club by the SFL.
Smith has no injury or suspension worries to contend with as he looks to rebuild his side`s shattered season.
He said: "We have a full squad which is a bonus and I am sure we have all the motivation we need.
"We will take things one game at a time starting with Partick and all my focus is on is winning three points."
Dundee fans have been asked to turn up in great numbers with former player Smith saying: "I have played at Dens when it has been full and it is a great place. The club needs Dens to be full."
Partick Thistle travel missing an experienced player in every department of their team.
Defender Alan Archibald, midfielder David Rowson and striker Simon Donnelly are all ruled out through injury.
Youngster Ryan MacBeth is also out, however there is some good news for Thistle with defenders Willie Kinniburgh and Jackie McNamara both in line to play after shaking off knocks.
Firhill assistant boss Ian Maxwell is expecting to face a highly charged up side saying: "I would reckon that we will be facing Dundee players that have been really galvanised by recent events.
"They will be out to battle for everything and we have to be ready for that.
"We were bottom but have won three games out of four and we have to keep that going."
