Robert Mann's 35-yard screamer ensured Peterhead came out 3-1 victors in this mid-table clash at Dumbarton.
The home side were first to draw blood though, as Scott Chaplain tapped home Michael Dunlop's cross from six yards after 49 minutes.
Just six minutes later, Peterhead equalised as Daniel Moore's corner caused confusion in the Dumbarton box, and Barry Wilson made no mistake from 12 yards out.
In a matter of minutes the game was turned on its head, as Wilson turned provider for Martin Bavidge who impressively struck a 25-yard shot into the top-left corner to make it 2-1 to Peterhead.
But his team-mate Mann was to go one better than him with a stunning long-range effort that wrapped up the points for Peterhead.
