Morton pay penalty

Two Paul Lovering penalties helped Airdrie claim their second successive home win as they beat fellow strugglers Morton 3-0 at New Broomfield.
United were hammered by Inverness last time but have sprung a surprise in recent weeks by seeing off leaders Dundee.
The bottom club set about cutting the gap on the team one place above them and their hopes were boosted by Kevin Cuthbert seeing red after 15 minutes for a professional foul.
Morton then shot themselves in the foot again when Ryan McGuffie put through his own goal, diverting Richard Waddell's shot into the roof of the net.
Things got worse for McGuffie after the restart when his reckless tackle in the box gave Lovering the opportunity to double the lead, which he did with aplomb from the spot.
The win was complete after the third came in carbon copy fashion, McGuffie fouling Scott Gemmill with Lovering smashing home.
